and turn left. Proceed approximately 1 mile and turn Right on
Walker Mill Rd. Go about 1 mile to the community entrance on
the left. Proceed to our decorated model at the back of the
community.

Direction: Take I-495/95 to Rt. 214 Central Ave (West). Go to
Ritchie Rd and stay right at the fork. Proceed approximately
1 mile and turn right onto Berry Lane. Go to the end of Berry
Lane which is where the community begins. There is no sales
sign at this time.

Square Towns
Take I-495/95 to Exit 11 Pennsylvania Ave (West). Go approximately
1 mile and turn left at Walters Lane (at the light). Proceed
1/4 mile and turn right on Hil-Mar Drive. Go about 1/2 mile
and turn left on Hil-Mar Circle East. Proceed a few blocks to
our Decorated Model on the right.

Directions:
Take I-495/95 to Exit 22 South Balto-Wash Parkway (RT.295).
Proceed to Exit Rt. 410 and turn left at the light. Proceed
just through the 1st light and turn right on 66th Avenue.
Make a left on Patterson Street and go to the top of the hill.
Turn right on Beacon Light Rd and proceed straight ahead to
community entrance.

Take Route 301 south (approximately 8 miles past the exit
for Rt.4 and turn right on Frank Tippett Road. Proceed 1/4
mile to the community sales center on the right.

Take Rt. 152 (Mountain Rd) west of I-95. Proceed to the intersection at Baldwin Mill Rd. (Rt 165) and turn right at the light. Proceed approximately 3 miles north and turn left on Trout Farm Rd. Follow straight ahead to community entrance.

Byrd Property Directions:
From the Jacksonville/Phoenix area (4 Corners) take Jarrettsville Pike (Rt 146) north just past the intersection at Mountain Rd (Rt 152) and turn left on Houcks Mill Road. Proceed about 1.5 miles and turn right on Houcks Road. Follow to property on the left (marked by a sign).

Ridge.
Directions: Take I-695 to Rt.795 West (Exit 19). Proceed approximately
two mile and exit at Owings Mills Blvd.(north towards Reisterstown
Rd.). Cross over Reisterstown Rd. and go approximately two
mile and turn left on Gwynnbrook Ave.(at the light). Turn
left on Pleasant Hill Lane and the right on Morrisway Rd.
The community is just a short distance on the left. Call Ellen
Thomas for an appointment.

Directions: From I-695, take exit 18 east headed inside the beltway. Proceed approximately 1/2 mil and turn left at the light at Patterson Avenue.
Proceed to Vincennes Avenue and turn left (see community sign at the corner of Patterson and Wabash.)

Meadows Directions:
Take I-95 North to Exit 77 Rt. 24 North (toward Belair). Proceed
approximately 1.5 miles and turn left on Singer Rd.(at the
light) Proceed to the traffic circle at Tollgate Rd. and bear
right. Go to the next traffic circle at Montrose Way and bear
right again. Then bear right onto Airdrie Rd. as you enter
the community. Airdrie Meadows is at the back of the existing
community of Monmouth Meadows. Sales Center on site- by appointment
only.
